Materials & Finishes

Pharmaceutical vessels are fabricated using 316L stainless steel product contact surfaces, with pharmaceutical-grade internal finishes and material traceability available.

Agitation & Mixing

Agitation systems are selected based on product characteristics and may include sweep, scraper, turbine, axial-flow, dual-motion, or high-shear configurations where process-appropriate.

Heat Transfer

Vessels may be equipped with dimple jackets, channel wall jackets, or half-pipe jackets to support controlled heating and cooling requirements.

Instrumentation & Integration

Vessels are designed with sanitary ports and provisions for validated temperature, pressure, and level instrumentation compatible with pharmaceutical control systems.

CONTROLS & AUTOMATION

EIC Tanks can design and supply custom control panels and touchscreen HMI systems tailored to your process requirements. CONSTRUCTION & INSTALLATION OPTIONS

Equipment may be supplied floor-mounted or skid-mounted, with optional insulation, stainless steel jacketing, and PE-stamped drawings where required. Designs can accommodate pressure or vacuum service based on process needs.
